Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

SuperWallet (the "App") is provided by Rafael Miziara, trading as RM30, based in Italy ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to them, do not use the App.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SuperWallet. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

SuperWallet is a personal-finance management application. It lets you:

  • Record expenses, income, and transfers across multiple wallets, including typed wallets such as credit cards
  • Organize spending with categories, category groups, tags, and category splits
  • Plan with budgets (weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-shot) and track Goals
  • Group related activity with SuperBoxes and custom fields
  • Attribute spending to people and groups you define locally
  • Track reimbursements — money owed to you or by you — against a specific movement
  • Manage recurring payments and installments, confirmed one occurrence at a time
  • Work in multiple currencies, with exchange rates refreshed daily
  • Optionally enter transactions in natural language through the AI assistant

What SuperWallet Is Not

SuperWallet is a record-keeping tool. It is NOT:

  • A financial institution, bank, credit union, or payment service
  • A source of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • An investment platform or brokerage
  • A service that connects to your actual bank accounts — every record exists because you or the assistant created it
  • Covered by any deposit-guarantee or investor-protection scheme

4. Your Account

Creating an Account

To use SuperWallet you must create an account, either with a valid email address and a password, or by authenticating with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mysuperwallet.app if you become aware of unauthorized access.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully, and we may refuse service where we are legally required or permitted to do so. Except where a serious breach or a legal obligation requires immediate action, we will give you reasonable notice and, where possible, an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account in the App. Deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

SuperWallet is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will give you clear advance notice, and no charge will ever be applied without your explicit consent. Any purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store's own terms.

6. The AI Assistant

The App includes an optional AI assistant that converts sentences you type into proposed transactions.

  • It proposes; you decide. The assistant cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your books. Every proposal must be confirmed by you before it is saved.
  • It can be wrong. AI output can misread an amount, a date, a wallet, or a category. You are responsible for checking each proposal before confirming it.
  • It is not advice. Nothing the assistant produces is financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • It involves a third-party provider. Using the assistant sends the content of your message and the names of your wallets and categories to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to share this, simply do not use the assistant — every other feature works without it.
  • Do not misuse it. You may not use the assistant to attempt to extract its instructions, to generate unlawful content, or to interfere with the service.

7. Financial Data Disclaimers

No Financial Advice

SuperWallet does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Everything in the App is for informational and organizational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Accuracy

We work to make the App's tools and calculations correct, but we cannot guarantee:

  • The accuracy or timeliness of currency exchange rates, which are supplied by a third-party provider
  • That every calculation, summary, or projection is correct
  • That the App will be free of errors or available without interruption

You remain responsible for verifying your own financial information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use SuperWallet to record or facilitate illegal activity, including money laundering
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to another person's account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
  • Upload malware or harmful code

When you record people or groups in the App, you are responsible for the personal data you enter about them and for having a legitimate reason to do so.

9. Your Data and Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you enter into SuperWallet. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, transmit, and display your data on your devices.

We do not use your financial data to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Backups

We rely on Firebase's managed infrastructure for redundancy, but you should keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or corruption arising from causes outside our reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Services

SuperWallet depends on third-party services, including Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, functions, storage), Google and Apple sign-in, Anthropic and Mastra Cloud (the AI assistant), Sentry (crash reporting), and ExchangeRate-API (currency rates). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

11. Intellectual Property

The App — including its source code, design, interface, logos, and the SuperWallet name — is owned by Rafael Miziara (RM30) and protected by Italian, EU, and international intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own purposes. No other rights are granted.

12. Warranties and Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights under Italian and EU consumer law, including your statutory rights regarding non-conforming digital content and services. The exclusions below apply only to the extent the law allows.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for financial decisions you make on the basis of information shown in the App. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

If you are using SuperWallet other than as a consumer, you agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

14. Changes

To These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the App or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If you do not accept the change, you may stop using the App and delete your account before the change takes effect.

To the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may suspend the App briefly for maintenance. If we decide to discontinue SuperWallet entirely, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a window in which to export your data.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of that protection.

Disputes will be brought before the courts of Italy. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we will bring any proceedings against you only there.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email us at support@mysuperwallet.app so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Consumers may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.

16. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you obtained the App from Google Play, Google is likewise not a party to these Terms and provides no support for the App.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the invalid provision is adjusted to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the App.
